If the brackets are still on the wall and your careful then you can put it back up wet. If not the wall should dry in a couple of hours and put it back then

I would give the paint an hour or more for the paint to dry back properly before rehanging your TV.

Your new paint will be soft for a good week even if the surface is dry. So ut the TV up but be careful because the paint will mark if you scrape it or knock it.

I would wait a couple of hours for it to dry if you end up touching the wall while it’s wet. You have paint on your TV and will need to touch up wall

Paints cure at different rates. Most emulsion is touch dry in 1-3 hours dependant on ventilation (use a fan for quicker drying!). I would leave a minimum of 24 hours before bringing anything into contact otherwise it will stick.
