The most important problem is lack of ventilation, this means damp air is not taken out and condensates. You can check your vent channel for any blockages or have a more powerful extractor fan installed. As far as windows go, again it's a case of poor ventilation, and potentially poor window seals from the outside which lets cold air reach the inside seal and thus create damp and then mold.

This is a condensation problem you need to increase ventilation to the property maybe install a positive pressure (piv) humidity unit in the hall area this deals with the humidity to all areas of the dwelling and if there is not an extractor in the bathroom perhaps have one installed as this will be a big help

Hi just a couple points you may already have done but a lot of people forget about. In your new windows you will have trickle vents on the top of the frame, make sure that is open throughout the day. Also you may want to consider an extractor fan if you haven’t already got one. A Bathroom always needs to be well ventilated.

Small bath rooms can be damp for many reasons so the best thing to do is go all out to stop the demon mould ( open window when shower in use.) fit extractor. A towel rad is a must
Paint ceiling with gloss paint
Always wipe obvious moisture away leave bath room window open and bathroom door a jar .
This should do the trick .
