Either look for stud work behind the board or get specialist fixings that take a set amount of weight and spread the weight on the TV mount, you will see there are lots of fixing points on the bracket use as many as you can. visit CPC on line they have a vast range of fixing solutions.

I have undertaken this two ways,,you can cut out a piece of plasterboard and screw a piece of ply to the block-work with 100mm screws then put a new piece of plasterboard on top of the ply, plaster it and then screw the bracket to the wall again using bigger screws than provide or the rwal bolts...the other way to do it is use bigger rawl bolts or screws than provided and screw/bolt straight through the plasterboard in to the block but this can depress the board...I would recommend the first way...but its up to you
