Who do i call for fireplace change?

Id like my fireplace taken out and replaced with a modern one (they look like a tv flat in the wall). It isn't currently connected. What do i need to do first?

This all depends on the existing fireplace and the one you want putting in. I would suggest getting someone round to give you a quote and have a look to see what is involved in the swap.

If the gas is connected you'll need a plumber to cap it off first, if nothing else is connected, you're good to go
