Hi there. There are some plasterboard fixings on the market wich should suite your needs- called Grip it. Maximum shear load up to 225 kg for 25mm once. Is your bathroom wall is tilled if so you could get solid grip with plasterboard anchors To be honest it is not the safest option to fix your sink, try to find studs behind the wall best option to cut plasterboard out, make a timber frame where your sink should be and screw it to timber work. After just screw plasterboard back, put scream tape arround, fill twice, sand and paint. Regards

You can't fix it to plasterboard, too heavy for it, need to open wall and fix wooden support for your sink

The only way you could do this safely is to cut a section of the the plasterboard and reinforce the wall where the sink is being installed by putting ply board behind the plasterboard

100% need a proper stud in wall to carry the weight of the sink it would just take someone to lean on it and it could break loose. No point in trying to make plasterboard fixing hold it. It's more work but 100% proper job at the end of the day. Do it right do it once.
