Bathroom Fitting

Part information for an enclosed curved bath screen.

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.56 PM

Hello, I am not sure if anyone can help me, I brought an x display shower bath screen enclosure for my bath from wickes. They gave it to me with a part missing. I am trying to find a replacement part but I dont know what it's called or where to start. It's the part that attaches on the other side of the wall to the main hinge. Its only a few inches long, I'd guess some form of bracket to attach the top runner for the sliding door. Can anyone help me at all? Point me in the direction of a website to buy a spare? I'd be very grateful. Thank you Thank you so much for your answers, I've googled all support arm and I'm not sure that's quite right. I'm not quite sure on the make and model of mine but it looks like Cruze P-Shaped Sliding Bath Screen (RH) Part No: CRZ006-RH from victplumbing website. It's the part at the top that attached the top rail to the wall on the farthest side.

Hi the missing piece is a wall support arm. It should have a swivel end where it attaches to the glass and once on the glass it will tighten with a grub screw or Allen key. If you call a local plumbing shop they should be able to help.&

You would really need to go back to where you bought it from.

Hi Just because the item is ex display and was at a reduced price they are still legally obliged to provide you with a product that is fit for purpose. I would suggest that you go back to Wix and get them to provide you with the missing parts.
