best insulation for large heated garden shed/workshop

hi all, what is best insulation for large heated garden shed/workshop? is it the roll insulation i have in the loft or the boards?. it will house a very large tortios so will have heated lamps on 24/7. thanks in advance

Board insulation would be better in my opinion in that environment

try spray foam insulation to fill every gap in the room to then make it draughtproof, making it easier to control the temperature in there
