All underfloor installation will be made by tiler, i would need to install and connect a new breaker and hook this heating system to it. And how i can check if electrician is certified. Thanks a lot Cheers

Every installation is different, rote of install, condition of mains board, ect , get 3 quotes from 3 trade body approved installers and pick the middle quote.

To the first part of your question, electrical rates can vary if you use a registered electrician you will have the peace of mind of insurances and guarantee of quality plus certification of the work involved. You would need to ask there hourly/daily, or full install rates and a price you can both agree is fair. All installation work is different materials can add up very quickly make sure you decide on who is going to supply what materials and have the quotation in writing even via email this stops a lot of bickering. As for the 2nd question, Asks for there registration number and the competency scheme they are a member of, You can then go on the internet pace in their details to the relevant scheme provider and check their scope of work and registration. Also, most registered electricians will carry there registration Id card with them. Don’t just except a printed letter logo, Also, there is a second way to have the installation completed and certified. You can have a competent person/electrician who is not registered complete the work and have a (Third Party Certifier) test the work during install and completion. Napit has third-party certifiers listed on their search page they will test the work issue report and deal with building control for your certification. Hope this helps

I wouldn’t allow the tiler to install anything except tiles The install needs to be tested at every stage of the installation Before installation Before tiles are laid After tiles are laid Then it’s a case of thermostat ,control, and outlet point It doesn’t normally require a separate circuit but get a couple of quotes from reputable electricians
