This is a very difficult situation because, unless you are on the ground floor, you will need to get permission to run a pretty substantial armoured cable down the outside wall of other flats. You cannot run through the stairs and stair wells as this is classed as a public area and you will need permission from the lease holder. To get to the garage you will almost certainly need to cross public space, in which case you will need to pay the local authority to bury the cable , potentially very expensive. Distance will be a major concern and could require a very substantial armoured cable due to the volt loss over that distance. Good Luck.

If you mean a new supply with a meter ? You need to have a chat with your energy network supplier about installation of a new metered supply. UK power networks site will help you find that out. Then you need to engage the services of an electrician. He will advise you on the installation of the part of the installation after the meter and supply fuse. If you mean a supply from your consumer unit to the garage ? Then get 3 electricians to separately advise/quote you on site about the possibilities of this. D;)

This is a difficult position. You need to is there an electricial supply to the garage or garage block. If there is you should employ a fully qualified electrician to give you a quote for any works then carried out and he can fit a meter into your garage supply to tell you your usage. If however the garage or garages don’t have an electricial supply here lies your main problem.
