Are of patio that’s showing

Hi there I have a area of my patio which has been re done. But there is now a layer of mud and later of patio showing. How would I be able to cover this up?

I don't understand the question or what u r talking about what is a later of patio? Can u provide a picture of the area. Thanks

Hi, you can use either a concrete or a timber edge to run the full length of the patio, this would cover any gaps left from previous work or you can mix up some cement and haunch the edge.

Hallo there, you would need to lift the paving slab an see far the mud go's back underneath, if the mud continues goin under the other slabs around it then they will need to come up as well.
Once you done that you'll need maybe dig out 50mm an add some scalping or something similar to harden the soil before you make a mix to relay the paving, I use 3 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement an knock the mix up so it's only damp an not wet, then you can use a rubber malat to tap them back into place using a level... Leve for 48 hours an the job should be fine
