Hi The external on my house is flaking off in patches, I'm about to ring for quotes, would it be best to contact plasterers or general builders? I'm confused!!! Thanks

thank you for the replies, yes it is rendered, so will start my search for a plasterer!

If you mean the render,then either builder or plasterer can sort this out.

If it is renderd it would be best to call a plasterer

If it is your brick work flaking due to weather damage then I would call in a general builder. But if it is a rendered coat then I would definitely look for plasters, hope this is some use to you?
