That all depends on how bad the aging and as long as no rot etc .

Good evening
Underneath your carpet there could be a charming wooden floor waiting to be brought back to life. Your wooden floor can be renovated, with any gaps filled and a professional finish applied. The process is completed with staining, varnishing or waxing, laquering or oiling.
I always like to see the condition of the flooring as this enables me to give you a clear understanding of what can be done.
Kind regards

Hello
A lot of people love the fact they are able to bring back there floor boards back to life . Before you complete this you should get advise from a floor sanding specialist who can have a look at the boards to rule out the signs of woodworm etc As this will be needed to be treated before the sanding progress can begin . Also if your floor boards are showing signs of damage these can also be changed using re-claimed floorboards to give a uniform finish . once the all the floorboards have been completed the floor sanding progress can start . this is the part were you can decide to have a natural finish or change the colour by using a stain of your choice .
