I have unlagged heating pipes running under the floor of my conservatory do I need to protect them with a frost stat.

The conservatory is unheated and in the winter time during the night the temperature could drop below zero. I can not lag the pipes as the floor is concrete.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

hi, all pipes that are on a outside wall or go beyond a normal house wall should be protected with sufficient protection from the elements, depending on boiler type/age you may already have a built in frost stat on the boiler. regards,Antony.
