Tiles or covering for front and back of house

I need some advise & suggestions on the below please: 1. I am thinking of replacing the covering tiles (?) on front and back. The present tiles are pentagonal and green and damaged. I want to replace these with either square black or grey tiles. 2. Apart from Regular shops, what are the recommended places to buy these Tiles and generally have genuine deals? 3. Are there any brands I can look for so that I can compare at different places for good deals? 4. Apart from tiles what other accessories would I need to purchase and what would be the general costs of these accessories? 5. Any other useful information please or anything else I need to consider or avoid? My house is in Sutton Coldfield and will be handed over to me in 3 weeks time, I have just started taking quotations, please feel free to send quotations as well if you can. Many Thanks

What you are asking for sounds to me that you are prepared to carry the refurbishment out by yourself? To answer your questions in full is impossible, what is the exact tile on your roof currently, what pitch is your roof, what ridge, how many valley and Watergate? Any dormers or chimneys etc. Ask professional companies to provide a estimate - say 3 companies then do your research on each company to pick the best company regardless of price. You get what you pay for. Do proper homework before employing.

You are much better off going to a roofing supplier for materials marlys are a very common brand you can get them in many different styles you will also need breathable felt and new battening if you go to a good supplier with your measurements they will tell you what you will need and show you some tile samples

Spk to any roofing suppliers currently only wythall roofing are open, they will give u all the right information, as for ordering stuff I wouldn’t incase you over order or under order, give the roof size to the roofing supplies and they will work everything out for you
