How much ballast and cement will I need for 3.3m3 patio base?

3.3m3 or 3.3m2?? Also depends how deep your going

About 8 Tonne of ballest for that meterage if it is m3 to be safe. 32 bags of cement, probably worth ordering ready mix tho. by the time you've knocked it all up and paid for the material won't be far off price wise and less hassle also can order exactly what you need

i would personally do a dept of 150mm. in this case you would roughly need 6 ton of ballast and 25 bags of cement

100 mm of concrete will be plenty deep enough for a patio its only foot traffic that would give you 150 Finnish project if you were to put a nice solid base in type one you would not need concrete
