Can someone tell me what this missing strip across bottom of UPVC door is please?

Hello, Bought a new build house and realised that the garage door at the back had a strip missing across it that the doors in the house had As it was just used for storage I put a rubber strip across the inside of the door, but now I’m converting the garage to an office I’d rather put the correct thing on it... but have no idea what it’s called or how to measure/get one? Can anyone help please? I thought it would let me post pictures but doesn’t look like I can.... hard to explain but basically I’ve just got a UPVC white part on the bottom of the door frame and there is two screw holes in it where it looked like the builders put something on (or went to!) and then never screwed whatever it was they were meant to be screwing to it... which left a draughty gap at the bottom. Thanks Chris **** Update**** Thanks for answers but it’s not an inward opening door, it opens outwards and the part I mean seems to be missing from the bottom of the frame, not the actual door itself. So all I have at the bottom of the frame is the UPVC where in the house there is a strip that seems to contain metal and rubber seal etc that the door closes on to. I don’t have this on the garage door - sorry I can’t post pictures as this would help you more than me explaining? !
