Would a cat flap by the party wall be dangerous?

I would like to install a cat flap through an outside wall I am in a semi-detached house & the centre of the flap would be about 25 cms away from the party wall with my neighbour. Would the removal of brickwork 166mm across & 172mm down, with the centre of the hole being 250mm away from party wall be dangerous or compromise the structure of the houses Thanks

Yes you are cutting close to party wall but sound like it will be fine i would say do it will only be a prob if you were cutting into party wall hope this helps
