For the bathroom a radiator or towel rail radiator do an excellent job. Depending how big is your bathroom. You can find BTU calculator on line. Just put bathroom dimension in and you will get the BTU necessary to do the job. After that just buy a radiator or towel rail that has that BTU ratio, more than less. If you want an electric heater remember that you should not have a socket in your bathroom unless it is under a dedicated wiring from your fuse board with a dedicated RCD and fit not in zone 1 but anyway 3 meters away from water if i do not remember wrong. If you have an electric shower installed you cannot take the power from there. About the electric free standing cooker, inductions cooker are really good and safe as well. There are model on the market of induction cooker where as soon you turn it off you can put your hand on it and you do not burn yourself. Again, depends of the budget that you are looking to spend.

Just turning it around, Cookers are pretty much as reliable as each other, better quality brands should last longer. Best bathroom heating method has got to be under floor heating every time.

The previous answer is good but if you want to heat the bathroom a towel rail is not ideal. A towel rail tends to be covered with towels which restrict the heat from warming the room
