Hi John, We believe the roof to be in the region on 331m2. Sounds perfect for spray foam insulation

We need to know the construction of the roof is is a hiped roof, gable roof, barn style roof are there projections or dormas ? Is it a separate house or detached or semi detached? There too many factors to put in we need to see a architects drawing of the roof with measures of each pitch width and length.

Please foam is really back for a tiled roof, if any tiles break in the future then it’s impossible to replace these without cutting holes in the insulation and the roof can’t breathe properly, my advice is to never never spray foam your tiled roof.
