What is this part called so I can order online?

What is this part called, I'd like to order a new one online so need a name for it. It diverts water between either the tap or the shower hose. It screws into the tap that you can see above it. Here is a photo of it: https://i.redd.it/9gstf25sy3k41.jpg

they usually come with the tap it self my advice would be to have a new tap installed

It's part and parcel off that particular tap ! If you can find that part all good ! But it might be worth just changing tap !

Unless you know make of tap and it is a good manufacturer you are wasting your time as most taps are non serviceable
Replacement of tap is best option Photo looks as if it has been in service for a while

It’s called a bath/shower diverter valve. Take it to a local plumbers merchants so they can measure up and possibly replace. Might have a hard job at the moment though with what’s going on.
