The first call is to the company that installed the windows and door and explain your issues and ask them to rectify them. If they fail to rectify them them get in touch with the company’s trade body which they should be a member of This could be Assure - Fensa - Certass- if you contact them they are obliged to inspect the installation. They will change the company for this. Also the company that did the installation should have given you an insurance back guarantee. So I would even get in touch with them and explain your problem. You could even get in touch with your local building control for any help and advice they are normally helpful. Hope this helps Trevor

Make a snag list and call the company back to rectify the issues. Any reputable company would resolve your issues immediately

Any company worth there salt should make sure that there employees are complement in fitting their windows because there reputation is everything but also they should have all the proper guarantees in place which gives their customers peace of mind when they purchase items such as windows and doors.

yes that was a very good answer if the customer has a good relationship with the company that did the installation then get them back if not go straight to fensa just out of interest was the company safe style
