radiator bleed valve stuck.
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.30 PM
Hi, I'm unable to lose a bleed valve on a radiator as it has air trapped in it. I have tried many many times but sadly, with no luck. I have been using this key: https://www.diy.com/departments/rothenberger-radiator-key-pack-of-2/191173_BQ.prd I'm able to bleed other radiators in my house, just not this one. I'm unable to use pliers as the radiator bleed valve is very close to a wall, making it hard to fit any pliers (I have tried long nose pliers). I have put some WD-40 on it and still not much luck. I'm wording if I'm using the wrong key or if the valve has too much paint on it (The radiator itself is almost 16+ years old "ish). Here are some pictures of the valve: https://imgur.com/a/aFfQQNf https://i.imgur.com/Bp2UkVT.jpg I'm unsure what my best move is from here. Thank you!
