Water leaking under skirting board into the bedroom

Hello, due to the heavy rain, I noticed a puddle in my bedroom, I opened up the carpet and seen that the water was coming from underneath the skirting board. As there is a window directly above I touched the sides of the windows but could not find any leaks. I checked the gutters and removed dirt and thought it is okay but it is still leaking. I checked with my neighborsbut they have no leaks and my radiator is on the opposite wall. My house is those with white facia's at the top half of the house. I'm completely baffled as to where the leak is coming from and would be great for your help and who I need to call.
