Flat roof replaced, new flashings,, wall repointed and still leaks??

Hi there, as noted above I had someone come in and supposedly replace my flashings and cavity tray and yet did not return calls or messages when saying it still leaked. I then had another company come in and replace the roof - still leaked, when they returned they took out what looked like spacers and cemented over, then having told them it still leaked they felted up to the wall and put on a termination bar and yes still leaks!!!. I am at a loss and hugely frustrated please help / advise?. It has been flowing down the inside walls of the garage and is leaking in the front porch area where it is a flat roof above. Current advise I am getting is that I need cavity trays all along the wall and trickle vents and then it should finally put paid to the leaks - is there anyone who thinks this could be the answer to my problems?
