Could be electrode, or PCB . Could be anything unless you have an engineer check things for you. One of those grey areas unless inspected.

You need to call a Gas Safe registered engineer.

You will need the boiler model before answering the fault codes. That aside, you can go online, pull up the boiler make and model, look at faults and this should give you the answer,
