Grout protector spray/brush on?

Protector for grout works well as grout is somewhat porous on its surface so a good grout protector works well. Apply a few coats spray or brush but brush is best as the overspray can be a waste. If your tiles are porcelain they will require a polished or non polished sealer depending if it’s a polished or unpolished porcelain tile. This is also a great grout protector. None of the mentioned protectors change the colour characteristics so no worry’s. Also when cleaning the floors don’t use bleach or surfactants. They break down grout if cleaning use warm water and a bar of soap non coloured with a cloth. Hi there, Use the aerosol spray, easy. Use cloth or blue roll to wipe of excess off the tiles. Hope this helps

Always a good idea to use grout protector. Topps Tiles's one is a sound choice. My local branch keep sample grouted tiles, half treated and half untreated with protector and they can demonstrate just how porous the untreated is compared with the treated grout areas.

Either spray or brush on, but, yes use it especially if you have white grout on the floor, it will help.

Hi, Philip dix provide some good advice, I just add that tilerite is a great brush on product, fila also produce great sealers, you can find both on amazon, read the instructions as which everyone you get you'll need to renew it ever so often, personally on shower floors I use an epoxy grout as its waterproof and never discolours, a bit more expensive the normal grout, but stands the test of time
