Most general builders could carry this job out
If you wanted multiple trade persons carrying out individual job then
Doors - window and door fitter
Wood stairs - carpenter
Stone stairs - bricklayer
A window and door fitter maybe willing to take the stairs job on to

I would post it under window fitter as most likely the doors would need a fensa certificate afterwards. But I would also post on the advert you would like steps fitted and looking for a good quality bricklayer. Some window fitters are decent enough to lay steps. Or you could post the two jobs separately one for the doors and the other for the steps. But first post the one for the doors and see what the window fitters are saying. Then take it from there.

Hi Molly,
It may be better to have a specialist firm in to replace the door with UPVC. Ensure they are Fensa registered and check their guarantee.
As for the steps - if you wanted to replace with concrete or block, or even wooden then a general builder should be able to do this for you. Just be mindful wooden stairs outside will require maintenance which should be weighed up against the cost of construction. Hope this helps

Any replacement windows or external doors in a dwelling have to be certified by the correct organisation, such as fenca, certass or assure or be inspected by building control. This is a legal requirement.
