7/8 rads sounds ok for most combi boilers.

In a well serviced boiler 7 should be the minimum, depends on the output of the boiler and if it’s well maintained?

Depending on the size of the boiler and your rads 7 rads at 3kw =21kw so a 24kw boiler is fine any more heat out put from the rads and the boiler is undersized

Hi, Even if we assume 1.5Kw per radiator as an average and say 3Kw for a cylinder if installed, you would have a 13.5Kw (10.5 rads/3 cylinder) demand. Even the smallest boiler would be able to cope with this, so in answer to your question, no 7 radiators is not too many as long as your boiler is over 13.5Kw which is fairly safe to assume. hope this helps.

Depending on the size of the radiators and kw of the boiler, but providing it’s been piped up correctly, then 7 rads shouldn’t be a problem at all
