yes get that lot gone and re plum it,get a bigger in coming main, you could fit a mains booster, this would give you greater pressure but not volume.

You seem to have two stop taps which reduces flow. Possible that one is seized and it was frozen at some point or turned of in the road. Make sure the one in the road is fully opened I’ve seen before where they’ve only been half opened. Make sure the other two are fully operational and open. If not your only two options would be is to ring the water company to ensure the mains pressure is enough to your house they have to supply a minimum pressure. Or fit a salamander home booster which are actually brilliant. That’s providing your working from a mains fed system and not tank fed

I would check the incoming pressure first ,if its low you could ask the water board to look at it for you.
You could also check stop taps there 2 fitted ,so one could be a falt .
You could also check the water pump
it may just be the pump not working properly .
Then your left with the pipe work .
3 things you can do ,that could save time and money .
Hope this helps nick

My personal opinion would be to redo it. However I think you need a professional to check things over first it could just be something very simple.
