Tiling

i have 6 month old cubical shower, the lower layer of tiles grout fully came out and there is damp on the other side of the wall.

the lowest layer of tiles around the cubical tray looks uneven as though falling out but not loose, what should i do?

Call back the person that done the work.If it was you,then you should call in a tiler.On site advice will beat anything you will get on here.Unless of course you post it as a job.

incorrect fitment in the first case causing water penetration between the shower tray and the bottom row of tiles. Rip out and start again
