its 30 sheets of plasterboard 1 board being 2.88 you sqm is 83.6 i would allow 5 or 10% for waste or mistakes

34 sheets is roughly a dead measure then probably need a few extra to compensate for the wastage from the cuts

29 Boards but depending on the type of coverage add 10% so add another 3 boards so it'll be 32. The more complicated the shape of the area your covering the more off cuts and waste you'll have, so you may have to increase your waste percentage accordingly.
