Hi, That's not a problem you will have to just set the new wall back from the side so you are inline with what was your external wall so by stepping it in 50mm you can tie in the new wall and then the new cill will over hang the wall but where the new wall will be just that section will need to be cut out so you are back to masonry to tie in new wall.

Hi there! You don't need to remove any insulation. The conservatory should be attached to the house whether that be with brackets, bolts or firring fixings. Make sure you use chemfix with the bolts in order for the fixings to be perfectly safe.

Your conservatory is classed as a temporary building so it can be fixed wherever you wish. The notion is it isnt meant to be tied into the building. As previous poster has said ..any fixings need to be made into the actual masonry of the house but apart from that shouldnt be an issue . . Consider how you will lead flash the roof but if the cladding is firm enough you should be able to cut into it to flash to it.

Hi Yes The new extension will need to be fixed to the existing house brick/blockwork ,usually with a starter bar ,so the insulation be it rendered insulation etc will need to be cut back and removed for this to be achieved. Thanks.
