Hi
I would suggest a wireless room thermostat
Leaving the existing programmer on constant for heating and turning it in and off via the room thermostat.
Price dependant on your boiler but I would say around £200

Hello, the other Engineer is correct with his suggestion of a wireless stat as one option that would work but that would mean taking the thermostat into a bedroom. Should really be in a hallway or a main living area.
Another is to get HIVE fitted. Then you can leave the HIVE thermostat in a better location and control the heating from a smart phone or tablet.
Thanks.
