IF YOU FIND THE OTHER 1 YOUVE GOT A PAIR LOL ,seriously trace back and see if there are any gulleys which it may be serving you should find pipework coming into it if its live ,if it is live just divert a couple of metres ,you may have to install 1 for your extension so use that 1 for both

you have to move the soakaway.Chances are you will need a new soakaway for the extension you are building so you could utilise that
