Gulfstream Boiler valves on, but pressure gauge not moving

Hello, Water is coming through filling loop, but doesn't fill receiving pipe. Both valves are on. Pressure gauge not moving. Please help. Thank you!

either your filling loop valves are not working,your pressure gauge is defective,or you have a very big leak,have you checked prv discharge pipe ( outside ) can you hear water going through loop ?.

When filling the system can you hear any water passing? There could be a few things which could cause issues. Defective filling loop or faulty gauge.
