Specialist Self Build or Custom Build Warranty for CIL qualification post build

I am wondering whether anyone has exp of who would provide the afore mentioned warranty for reasons of CIL qualification post build i.e someone who has done a self build and knows who provides that kind of warranty...

If you Google ' Retrospective Building Warranties ' you will find a number of companies that specialise in this.
It's not cheap so shop around a bit.

There should be local companies who mirror n.h.b.c they would do similar site visits as your local b.i and will attend on site when requested providing you give them enough notice failure to attend notify company take pictures and carry on unless they give a good reason why they did not attend companies are only to have pictures these days
