AQUAlisa Quartz QZE8521 or QZE10501 Shower

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.26 PM

Hi There, Please help! I live in a Taylor Wimpey new build and they love the AQUAlisa showers ! The main shower (AQUAlisa Midas 100) is working perfect perfectly. The problem is with the en suite (Quartz) - it stopped producing any water. I'm descaled new shower head and also followed the instructions in case it had an air block but what you normally get after turning it off/turning it back on and running cold is a gust of steam (really hot) and then it dribbles out. If you put the shower head back on you still get nothing. Any ideas ? Kind Regards Dominc

Has the hose from the shower head to the shower unit been checked for blockages, initially a bit of water can usually get through before becoming blocked again.

Did the shower ever work correctly ? Sounds like hot and cold supplies may be back to front !!
