twist and turn lock

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.45 PM

Our twist and turn windows can be opened like a door or locked so they only open like a vent (tilted) but they do not lock so they cannot be opened at all. Should they lock so they are completely closed?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Yes. It's the same as a normal handle lock with the key

Tilt and turn Windows should lock when fully closed..perhaps the handle is out of alignment with cos you should hear a click when fully locked
