Sounds like low water pressure. Just to clarify, do you mean that water drizzles out of the shower? If so, is it a new shower? It could be incorrectly connected. On the other hand, water drizzling out of the taps and an existing shower would be low water pressure. It could be switched off, a blockage or a leak.
I suggest that you check that your main stopcock (water control valve) is fully open. Then go outside to your water meter. It should be in the street in front of your house. Use a large screwdriver to lever off the lid. Remove the foam frost cover. Check that the valve is fully open. Fully open means the screw cap is in line with the pipe, not across the pipe.
If you are sure that water is fully on but not coming out of the taps and shower, watch your water meter. If it is going round but water is not coming out in your home, you have a leak somewhere. If it is underground but on your property, it is your problem. I suggest that you call a plumber.
On the other hand, if the water meter is not going round and you are sure that the water is switched on, something is blocked somewhere. It would be unusual to get a blockage in the incoming water main. A kinked pipe perhaps? Were you moving boxes in the attic to get the Xmas decorations? Hard to give a full answer without seeing it.
