Milano radiators

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.27 PM

I'm thinking of replacing my old radiators with the Milano Aruba range, are these any good? Also what is the best type of finish for a radiator? I want to avoid any that develop cracks or chips in the finish that then rust.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

These style of radiators are fine but it is important to size and locate the radiator appropriately for the room it is intended to heat. Most radiator suppliers offer an online heat loss calculator and by comparing this to the manufacturers stated heat output of the radiator should have no issues with cold or over heated rooms.

That is only a btprand name. I use stelrad radiators as they work for me and as long as the water flowing through is correct they won’t rust. As for size for the room, calculating the dimensions and working out the correct btu is the way to do it. Most plumbers merchants will have a calculator for this
