What kind of tradesman can I ask to repair a lean to roof?
Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.52 PM
We have a lean to which currently acts as our utility room. The roof (a kind of plastic material) has started to leak a bit in several places recently. I'm not sure what kind of tradesman I should ask to help me fix this, as it's not a traditional roof with tiles etc. Any suggestions who I could ask to fix this issue? Many thanks!

Hi there,
Given the current construction developments in regards to materials you should be able to still find a roofer who will be able to resolve this issue for you.
Kind regards

You just need a roofer, it sounds like a small job just changing corrugated plastic sheeting?
If you start a job lead in the roofing section on mybuilder I’m sure a local roofer to yourself can help you out

This is a very simple and straight forward roof design and any roofer or general builder should be able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently for you. Best you shop around a little to get yourself the best price you can.

Any problems with a roof of any kind should be taken to a roofer. A roofer doesnt just work with tiles and a good roofer should be able to repair any roof, regardless of the materials used to cover it
