Re grout the floor

My floor grout are starting showing gaps and holes and l need to regrout them, what is the best approach to deal with it. Thanks

Firstly you must establish why the grout has cracked as if there is excessive movement in the sub-floor or the tiles are not properly adhered (or both) the grout will always crack again. So the cracking crout needs removing, which is a painstaking job and if the tiles are loose you may find it was the grout keeping them in place. If the tiles are loose, take them up and inspect the sub-floor structure is suitable for tiling.

The grout can be raked out and relaced, however if any tiles are loose then likely there is a problem with subfloor. This will required removal of all tiles, repair or replace subfloor and then re-lay floor tiling

It’s possible It’s cracked because it should be flexible grout used but it’s not, in which case you need to remove the grout and re grout with a flexible grout.
