Gas oven has no flow of gas into the bottom oven

Hi I have a double gas oven which is quite new. I went to use the bottom oven last night and there is no gas flow into it. The top oven and hobs are fine. There is nothing clogging that area to stop the flow. Any ideas to why this suddenly has happened?

Is there a clock. If so is it an automatic clock and if it is, is it in Auto mode. Happens a lot following a power cut or turned off at mains etc
