Hi I want to buy and hang on the wall a mirror, it is 13kg and says leaner mirror..my walls are brick (not plaster board)..will it be safe if I use the right fixings

with it being a brick wall as long as you use good fixings you should have no problems hanging your heavy mirror.

Yes your mirror will be fine as long as you fit correctly.
I/e if you use wall plugs make sure the screws are correct size for plugs ect.
