Could be a faulty pressure gauge or have some dirt on it

Sounds like a faulty pressure sensor, although there's enough pressure in the boiler the sensor is'nt picking it up. Recommend getting a gas safe engineer in to sort it.

Possible low water pressure sensor blocked

It could be an air block in the airing cupboard pump. Near your hot water tank you will see an electric pump. Usually a maroon/red colour motor. There is a small 7mm bleed nut on it. Try bleeding any trapped air and then resetting the boiler and when the system runs it might clear a low pressure indication. Good luck
