I have two veluxes in a slate roofed wooden conservatory, the one facing the prevailing weather (SW) leaks at the lower corners the other doesn't and has been for a year or two as the timber surface is water stained. I have inspected it on several occasions when dry and raining to locate the leaks and cleaned all the seals (they are undamaged and flexible) but fail to establish where the rain is entering, I can only assume that the rain is being forced in by the wind. I moved in in 2014 but the leaks started about three years later, the label bears the number GGLM06 3059 so it could have been fitted 2006/7. Any advise would be helpful please.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
I hate to call out bad advice but what’s above doesn’t solve the route cause of the issue as you never rely on your breathable membrane as it will soon perish again if it getting wet for years on end and then your back to square one again... I think it’s either flashing kit is worn and needs replacing or flashing kit isn’t fitted correctly or the pitch of the roof is too low for the window flashing possibly could be a few broken slates above maybe?
But to be really honest nobody will truly know unless a true professional has a good look at it and works it all out and without seeing pictures or a video we are literally speculating.
I’d post a job add on mybuilder so a local roofer in your area can have a look and determine the cause.

Hello, i have looked the code up GGLM063059 and unfortunately the information I get back is a tile flashing kit not slates, also as mentioned in other answers about worn felt around it? i didn't read anything about felt in your question, as it was that long ago when installed it might be just slates and no felt at all. Its a straight forward job to repair for a roofer, changing the flashing kit or slipped slates.

The felt that surrounds the window may not have adequate upstand and a back gutter should have been installed in the felt to run water away from the window not a major job to strip the window down refix felt and reslate and install flashing kit
