You have 3 different types of surface that required painting, that was where the problem was. Your first coat should of been alkali resisting primer followed by the paint you applied .

I concur with Spectrum, I doubt the 3 surfaces are similar so each one should of had a different finish coat ! Who said painting and decorating was easy !!
