When pouring the concrete don’t mix it to wet if you do the concrete won’t stay in place and make sure you put some form of drainage in to take the water away

Yes that is correct, generally the garage slab should be around 150mm below dpc level. When you lay it make sure you fall away from the back of the garage towards the door about a turn of a bubble on the level. In some cases you may need to run an aco drain along the front of the garages if you can connect into surface water pipes close by.

You need some sort of slope to allow water to drain away also some sort of drainage so you know we're the water is going. Accos may help with drainage but the concrete needs to be wet so you can get a finish on it. But the slope or fall does not to be a lot just enough for water to go away from the house

slight turn of the bubble on your level, tap into the nearest storm & run a connection to either aco drains or dish the drive into a gully for the surface water to run away.. i personally would give the customer both options when nesessary. The final layer of a complete concrete flooring system is the finish. The concrete floor finish is a layer that is applied on top of a primer or sealant level to give the final floor more durability and beauty. In good concrete floor finishes, the floor will look smooth and provide the perfect levels of flexibility and strength necessary for your building. Some of the most popular choices for concrete floor finishes are epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic compounds.
