My Biaisi boiler not working

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.51 PM

I had a Biaisi combination boiler installed less than 2 years ago. I don't think the installer did a good job. Now the hot water is working but not the heating. I had 3 engineers come round (including an authorised Biaisi local) but could not fix it. I do not qualify for the warranty because I did not get boiler serviced annually which is condition of getting the warranty. What should I do next?

Try to reset the boiler, or check the button on the boiler, may be turned or switched to the summer mode.

If they company’s engineer can not fix the problem with the boiler, I think they customer should get a new boiler install and get a qualified gas engineer with good reputation and good reviews to install the new boiler and make sure the new boiler gets service at least once a year. Thanks
