Hi, In your circumstances, it might be worth to have look on Blink, Ring or Arlo wireless battery operated cameras with 2-way audio. You can have it on your mobile. The only downside is that you need to arm the first two manually or trough Alexa speaker. the Third one does it based on your mobile location. They are not the perfect solution but had installed a few locations where they work fine.

I would invest in a ring door bell it is used by mobile app and has motion detect on it also two way audio
